El 24 de octubre, se ha anunciado las nominaciones para los premios en la gala de los MAMA 2019. La ceremonia de este año tendrá lugar el 4 de diciembre en Nagoya Dome, Japón.
A través de su cuenta de Twitter oficial, han compartido en los canales de TV o redes sociales en las que emitirán la Red Carpet y la gala de premiación.
En España la Red Carpet comenzará a las 8:00h y la gala a las 10:00h.

Los criterios para los ganadores finales son los siguientes:
- Artista del año y premios de categoría de artista: 30% votos oficiales, 30% panel de jueces, 20% ventas de canciones digitales, 20% ventas de álbumes físicos.
- Premios de la categoría de canción del año y género de la canción: 20% votos oficiales, 40% panel de jueces, 30% ventas de canciones digitales, 10% ventas de álbumes físicos.
- Álbum del año: 40% panel de jueces, 60% ventas físicas de álbumes
- Icono mundial del año, Top 10 de Fans de elección mundial: 60% de votos oficiales, 20% de votos en redes sociales, 20% de reproducciones de vídeos musicales a nivel mundial.
- Mejor vídeo musical: 70% panel de jueces, 30% de vistas globales de vídeos musicales.
Para ser elegible, la música debe haberse lanzado entre el 1 de noviembre de 2018 y el 23 de octubre de 2019.
La votación será online desde la web de los MAMA (pincha aquí) desde el 24 de octubre hasta el 3 de diciembre.
